Delivery and payment
Packages are generally dispatched within 7 days after receipt of payment for products in stock.
Custom-made products are shipped within 2 to 3 weeks.
After 45 days, you can request a refund of your order.
The refund will be made within 7 days.
The transport of your package
The standard shipping method is GLS + at your home, delivered with or without signature, or GLS Point Relais (free delivery in a point relay). Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Return of your package and refund
The return of a parcel is accepted within 7 days, it must be packaged in its original packaging.
However, if the parcel has been damaged, Abat-jours will not be able to refund you in any case.
Refunds will be made within 7 working days.
Customised products are neither returned nor exchanged.
IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is your responsibility to carry out all the necessary checks and to make any reservations upon receipt of your package. By signing the delivery note, you certify that the items delivered are in perfect condition and that they conform to the order. Consequently, without a note from you on the delivery note, no return will be accepted.
Delivery method and pricing:
- Pick-up in our shop: free of charge
- Delivery in a GLS relay point: free of charge
- GLS delivery to your home (24H to 48H after manufacturing time): 6 euros
This pricing may change according to the price or weight of the order, or according to your delivery address.
